Is credit repair legal?:
We use the laws set under the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act), FACTA( Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act) and also the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practice Act) to legally dispute negative & inaccurate information. It is your right to be able to dispute information on your credit reports and demand they properly investigate the information. The Credit Reporting agencies legally only have 30 days to respond to our demand for an investigation, if they fail to produce proper proof then they must delete the negative information within 30 days. Most of the time the creditors fail to even get back to us because they don't have proper documentation to prove you even owe the debt! Most credit card companies only keep records for 12-15 months!

How long does negative Credit stay on my  report?
Depending on the type of listing, the minimum is 7 years  and the maximum is 10 years, that's how long legally the Credit Bureaus are supposed to report negative items. We have found though that sometimes credit bureaus continue reporting negative items even after they were supposed to remove them! That's why it is important to keep track of your credit. What if I just pay all the collections and charge off's?
A paid Collection or charge off is still a Negative item on your credit report! This is where most people make their mistake, paying a collection or a charge off is just as bad as not paying it and still has a negative impact on your credit score! This is why we go for total deletion of the collections and charge offs. We also stop the harrassment from collection agencies and Junk Debt Buyers(JDB's)!
